Job Responsibilities

  • Receive, direct and convey telephone messages
  • Answer incoming calls and handle caller’s/parent’s inquiries appropriately
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Keep proper record of students’ full information and update it periodically
  • Take messages and communicate to appropriate employees
  • Manage filing system of students’ admission
  • Respond to visitor’s questions professionally and courteously
  • Sort and distribute incoming mails and handle outgoing mails

Job Description

  • Maintain discipline in accordance with rules and disciplinary systems of the school
  • Taking responsibility for the progress of a class
  • Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum
  • Instruct and monitor students in use of learning materials and equipment
  • Preparing and delivering lesions that are stimulating and clear
  • Ability to keep youth enthusiastically engaged in class activities
  • Setting up tests, assignments, experiments, and grading students fairly
  • Informing and preparing students for science fairs and expos
  • Supervising lab sessions, delivering practical demonstrations, and accompanying students on field trips
  • Attending meetings, training sessions, workshops, conferences, and other continuing
    education initiatives
